Inc. Magazine names Wellthy to 2024’s Inc. 5000 national list

Wellthy has been named to Inc Magazine’s Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the second year in a row—ranked in the top 30% of companies on the 2024 list, and the top 100 in the Health Services sector.

The Inc. 5000  list offers a data-driven perspective on the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic sector—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Earlier this year Wellthy made the Inc. 5000 Regionals list (for the second straight year, as well), and now this Inc. 5000 national designation comes at a time where Wellthy is expanding its global footprint, as well as the number of families and companies it is working to support.

"Three anchors core to Wellthy's work this past year are expansion, excellence, and inclusion—values we are relentless about as we work to support families and employees with their care needs," Wellthy CEO, Lindsay Jurist-Rosner added. "Working with over 30 Fortune 500 companies and reaching more than 4 million families is a clear signal that caregiving support is no longer a nice-to-have, but a must-have benefit. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to innovating and expanding our services to meet the modern and diverse needs of families around the globe."

The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 showcases companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure and often turbulence in the market. Despite some economic headwinds, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 874,458 jobs to the economy over the past three years, and represent leaders across a diverse range of sectors: health services, tech, finance, retail, manufacturing, and more.

Wellthy’s growth also comes at a pivotal time for families—nearly 53 million Americans are providing unpaid care for a loved one, and 63% of families report they are struggling with finding affordable childcare. Wellthy meets the needs of these families through life’s most vital moments, supporting families with childcare, eldercare, backup care, complex care, and more—service lines that have grown in scope over the last several years and reflect Wellthy’s growth and expansion.

“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” says Mike Hofman, who recently joined Inc. as editor-in-chief. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways that companies are transforming sectors, from health care and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller. Congratulations to this year’s honorees, as well, for growing their businesses fast despite the economic disruption we all faced over the past three years, from supply chain woes to inflation to changes in the workforce.”
